Total Property Management Services Inc. will provide services at the following rates
Rent collection
10% – 12% of the monthly rental income
Includes tenant reminders, receipt issuance, and deposit management to ensure consistent cash flow.
on-call service
GYD $25,000 – $40,000 per month
24/7 support for both landlords and tenants, covering daily inquiries, emergency responses, and miscellaneous management needs.
Bill Payments
15% of the total bill amount
Payments for utilities, insurance, internet, and other bills are handled promptly, with proof of payment provided.
Services on owner’s behalf
15% of the cost of the service or project
For maintenance, repairs, or other services, we manage quotations, approvals, and payments.
Note: Owners will approve all quotations prior to work being carried out.
Payment: Funds for these services will be reimbursed upon submission of invoices from TPMS..
